I saw the Doors live twice!.
Morrison was a Clown!.!.!.and a Mesmerizing Shaman!.
Their live performance were different!.!.!.completely different from their Studio recordings!.
They were better in some ways and utterly sucked in others!.
They sounded more real on stage, but the acoustics were awful at both venues so the music suffered!.
That having been said:
Morrison's persona was amazing!.
Ray's keyboards were always breathtaking!.
Robbie's guitar was hypnotic!.
John's drumming was almost like some kind of Cosmic Percussional communication with God!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Good is too tame a word!. They were absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!! I cannot think of any modern band that could come close to the power they had at a concert!. I suggest you try and get a DVD of them, but you will not be able to get the feelings of the concert off them!. You missed something that is well remembered :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
