After songs like " Pon De Replay "!. Rihanna's reggaeness is gone!. Now she's more pop, rock and r&b!. It upsets me cause she a Caribbean girl!. It's like she sold out!. What do you think !?Www@Enter-QA@Com

i actually dont see it like that!. when you first start out in the msic industry, the people in charge basically make your image for you!. you dont have a lot of control, and so they probably decided to play up on the fact that she was a young island girl!. but then after she started making money and had gained more experience, then she had more creative control over what she wanted to look and sound like and that reflects in her music today!.so i dont think that she sold out really!. just evolvedWww@Enter-QA@Com
I don't think she has sold out,it's just that she wants to be an international star not limited to one style of music!.When ur a true artiste you have to be able and willing to try new things and her label has to do what they think is best for her to succeed in the business!.You may hear more of those songs down the line,but i think the label is thinking bigger tham that right now and they recognize her potential to be a big pop star!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
