Question: Do singers & actors REALLY look out for their fans or are they just in it for the money!?
I see many entertainers/celebrities who say they LOVE their fans & that if it wasn't for their fans, they wouldn't have a career!. Non-celebs say that the stars don't care about us, & that they only care about making their money!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, it's a bit of both!. Fans ARE essential to stars' existence, but remember it's a bit of a chicken and egg situation!. The actor does a role which makes him/her famous, thus creating 'fans' who support their continued work, yet can become a cross to bear in a sense, as they may be upset if the star takes on a 'risky' role!. And it also means the star is under the microscope a LOT!.
The ppl who DO give a damn are those who have a healthy respect for the business, keep themselves in balance, and in check, and know that the sun doesn't revolve around them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've worked with dozens of celebrities!. Every single one of them has appreciated their RESPECTFUL fans BUT they DON'T appreciate being bothered while they are trying to eat a meal or spend time with their families, etc!.
Save your admiration for an appropriate time during their WORK hours - at the stage door or during a planned appearance, or join a fan club!. DON'T bother them when they are trying to enjoy their PERSONAL time as normal people!. They ARE normal people!. How would YOU like it if a dozen people interrupted YOUR meal or approached YOUR family every time you went out!?
It's not the job of celebrities to "look out" for fans!. Making movies, or playing sports, etc!. is their job!. Hire a bodyguard or your mom if you need someone to look out for you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Agreed!. depends on the celebs!. Some celebrities feel like they HAVE to do it - like take pics with fans etc!. and they get paid!. but some celebs enjoy it and dont do everything just for money!. for examples the jonas brothers :P they do it mostly for them and their fans!. they dont do it for money that much !. i mean they look out for their fans!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i guess it depends on the actual celeb !.!. some will do the happy fan shot !.!. but out of the way of cameras are complete bastards then there are others who go out of their way to be nice even without cameras!.
But saying that !.!. i would hate to be famous and have to duck into woolies for a carton of milk and sign 50 autographs on the way !.!.!.!.!. a errand that should take 10 minutes takes an hour or more !.!.!.!.
