Unless you have some important connections, I'm afraid the chances of meeting her (for average joes / joannes like you and me) are next to impossible!.
You very well may have the purest motives and no desire to do anything but express your genuine appreciation for her!. But unfortunately, stalkers, fanatics, thieves & psychopaths are scattered throughout the world we live in, and her manager/agent/publicist/lawyer would all strongly discourage her from taking any risks associated with meeting the general public!.
So my best advice, sorry to say, is not to get your hopes up!. Even if she did have informal meetings with her fans, you are one of many people in a long long line desiring to meet her!. I would suggest joining her fan club and getting news on personal appearances she plans to make!. Perhaps someday you can get a glimpse of her live and in person someday!.
