It was very fair!. Most of the roommates were trying to further their career while being on the show, and they still had time for their job!. Why should they make an exception for one person!? If I was one of the roommates, and she asked for an opinion, I would have said good riddance to him, its about time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I can see how he wants to focus on his career and take advantage of the perks he's getting from being on the Real World!.
But I'm sure that it's in their contract they sign with MTV and the Real World producers that there are consequences for not showing up for their job!. So I think he knew what could happen by not showing up!.
