yes there are rows!. its in a stadium, like a football stadium you would see at a high school!. the stands are on the sides with the stage in the end zone area!. floor seats are arranged in sections with rows in them also!.
For example: my tickets for the jonas brothers concert are on the right side of the stage, row fifteen!.
