Oh yeah!. I have heard Miley sing live!. The only time when she does bad is when she is sick (KCAs)!. I've heard her on Jay Leno, Oprah, Dancing With The Stars, CMT Awards, Dick Clark's, and she was extremely good! I loved hearing every second of it!

Well I heard her when she was singing at the Kids Choice Awards and in my opinion her outfit was cute, her hair looked nice, but she sang really bad live! I think most of the time she lip syncs because she sings really bad live and even lipsinking she still sounds horrible! She has a bad voice!
