Question: Is David Cook must be discualified from American Idol!?
You know, American Idol is a talent show for undiscovered talent and for amateur singer!. That`s mean actress can`t be auditioning for American Idol!.
What about David Cook!?!?!? He alredy had his own album! (of course with his band)!. So, he`s alredy be an actress, maybe just unpopular actress but!.!.!.!.STILL!!!
That`s so unfair for the other contestants right!?!?!?
I think he must be discualified from American Idol!.!.!.!.

What does an actress have to do with American Idol let alone David Cook!?
The rules state that a person who wants to try out for American Idol, cannot have any current "contracts" and be between the ages of 16-28!.
By the way, who cares if he already released a CD!?
Other contestants who released CDs prior to being on American Idol:
1!. Bo Bice (season four runner-up)
2!. Taylor Hicks (season five winner)
3!. Carly Smithson (season seven)
4!. Michael Johns (season seven)
5!. Chris Daughtry (season five)
I don't think it's unfair to the other contestants, because we don't know how much musical knowledge some of them have!. Now if Justin Timberlake or Taylor Swift dropped their contracts and tried out for American Idol, I could understand your complaint!.

I think the rule is that you can't have a current record deal!. Carley Smithson had a record in Ireland and I think Brooke White had one as well!. David Archelleta was a finalist on Star Search, should he be eliminated as well!? David Cook is the most talented of the three remaining contestants and I hope he wins the whole thing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
