Why are Disney Channel stars so overrated?!
Question: Why are Disney Channel stars so overrated!?
I think that Disney Channel Stars are talented!. There's no question about that!. But why do they get so much media attention more than more talented stars!?
Look at the High School Musical franchaise and the High School Musical actors!. They are everywhere on the news! Look at Miley Cyrus!. I don't even watch "Hannah Montana" and everywhere I go I see and hear about Miley Cyrus on the magazines, radio, television!.
Remember when Hilary Duff was on Disney!? She was all over the news too! And the thing is, most of these Disney kids when they leave Disney their careers fade away!. Remember that kid Ricky Ullman from "Phil of the Future!?" His career hasn't exactly skyrocketed!. The other stars from "Lizzie McGuire" Lalaine and Gordo, where are they exactly!?
I understand why kids would like them but why do news channels talk about them and why are they on major magazines!? They are talented but not THAT talented!. Hilary Duff wasn't a great singer when she was on Disney; she's no Jojo!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I personally do not like Jojo!. Hilary Duff has topped her, and all the rest of disney channel has talent!. Laliane just worked on a movie, Hilary just came out with a movie, and Gordo, well he just dropped off the face of the earth!. They are in MAJOR magazines because they are MAJOR news!. There are not many clean talented stars we can look up to so they pick the people we can look up to!. Or down in some cases!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
i think it's because they are aimed at younger kids!.!.young teenagers, i guess they like them because they become idols, they picture themselves like their selves like it singings!.!.dancing etc, i guess it's better than them watching gory movies or listening to songs about hoping yr wife dies or drugs and such!. Its just when the stars start doing things like Miley did!.!.then it becomes a problem!.
