No she isn't. She hasn't been for a really long time. She never really went on tour. She went on tour with HSM like last year and she did her mall tour thing, but it was only at a few select places. She won't be coming on tour any time soon either because she is busy filming HSM3 and she hasn't recorded another album yet.
