a close friend of Mitchel's and the family, posted on the Boards on IMDb saying she took the pic, and he wasn't doing anything innapropriate, and that the guy with him was allowed to be smoking a cigarette, because he's 19.
please don't believe anyone saying it's real, well the pic's real, but he's not smoking weed.
