--? I`ve never heard anyone say Gisele Bundchen was ugly, but a lot of people are jealous. Other people just think they are ugly because that`s their point of view. Everyone has a different definition of what beauty is. But many people also call celebrities ugly because of the pictures they`ve seen of them. Like, there`s so many pictures out there titled "Celebrities Without Their Makeup!" or something to that effect. And it`s true. a lot of every day people look better than certain celebrities (when they`re not wearing their makeup, of course).

Because they're obviously jealous of their looks lol. Even though I doubt celebs look half as good in real life when they dont have so much makeup on, so really they're nothing special looks wise most of the time.

well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder-cliche i know- but to some people Paris Hilton is "beautiful" to others shes"fugly"
some people just consider different things beautiful than others
i have never heard someone say gieselle is ugly, thats crazy!! she is beautiful!!! the same goes for Miley, she is really pretty but people call her butt ugly!! its pure jealousy!
I know. Look at Britney. When she did the VMAs people said she looked fat and said all these horrible things. But in all honesty she's in better shape than most people. Sure, that performance sucked (not her best by far) but fat she was not! There are people in gyms sweating buckets to have a portion of her "fat" body.
Well, it's a relative thing. I mean, in the age of makeup and plastic, the standards are much higher than those of the common person. I don't think Giselle is ugly, but she's not the greatest by Hollywood standards.
i dont do that, but people usually do it b/c celebrities are so fake and being fake isnt attractive. and you dont have to be pretty to see that someone else is ugly or not.
just because the person who calls them ugly is unattractive it doesnt make the celeb beautiful.

I'm sorry but I disagree with you there. I am one of those girls that call some celebs ugly and it's not because I'm jealous or whatever you might think it's cause it's what I truly believe as I am surely entitled to my own opinion! Am i not? Anyways, here's an example, my friend finds Paris Hilton 'sooo pretty' but to me and many others she is just plain in the face, butt ugly! (and NO i am NOT jealous, no way would i wanna look like her) so there you go I am not a jealous hater, it's just that not everyone will agree on someone being pretty or ugly or fat or whatever cause everyone has their own views and opinions. :)

Some celebrities are ugly plain and simple....look at Amy Winehouse......no arguing there!! Not to mention everyone has a different idea of what ugly is.
I'm a guy and I think Gisele is ugly...he have a nice body / legs etc but her face is very manly and have a deep manly voice....I find her not attractive regardless she's a model
It is a case of selective perception. The celebrity is held to a higher standard to be deemed attractive compared to the standard common folks are measured by. In any case-real beauty is on the inside.
