OMG I was wondering that exact same thing. I was watching tv the other day and Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body" came on and I was like WTF? Then a Rihanna video came on and it was just as sluttty.
I think they should put the class back in music videos! Even the male rap videos all feature little skannks wearing almost nothing shaking around, it's disgusting and it's getting old.

Sometimes I wonder the same thing. But really, I think it's just the media. They say that "sex sells" and I think they are right. If I ever get into the music biz, I don't know if I could handle it.

Nowadays in music, women like them put more work towards their body and looks and all that and the only talent they will rely on is their "sex image"!
Mariah is a number 1 spot hitter and yet now she thinks shes got to be all sexy with big boobs wich is the only way she'l get it.

I agree that there needs to be more class in the music industry, in regards to image.
Putting that aside I like one PCD song ("Ima StickWitu") a buncha Madonna hits, one Mariah song, ("Hero"), 2 Britney hits ("Lucky", "Everytime"), and I like "Public Affair", it's kinda funny, except some parts of the video are weird (like this guy with his tongue hanging and stuff).
