well if it was for a good reason..not to stalk or to harass..then why not...maybe they will actually talk to you..but don't bug them.....

My celebrity would have to be Johnny Depp. He's an AWESOME actor, and pretty nice to look at too. So yeah, I probably would, but it wouldn't turn out the way I would want it. I would probably giggle like a 6th grade girl and hang up.
