Do you like Jim Rome?!


Question: The more I listen to his radio show, the less I like him. He get's off on stupid rants and ignores real sports half the time. I get the impression, he's just some 5 foot 5 geek/nerd, and his smack talking fans are probably much the same.

    I don't know who he is...If he's the sports guy like I think, then no not really b/c his topics do not interest me.
    Phenomenal, that is the only thing I can stand from Rome. Not a big fan of anyone who gives there opinion on professional sports that was never a professional athlete.
    I find Jim Rome to be the most egotistical, arrogant host on sports radio. His whole appeal is to the bully type, and he doesn't have that great of sports knowledge. When people call his show, they simply repeat what he said for the last twenty minutes.
    yeah my mom used to listen to him all the time but his show started to get really bad and the same people were calling in all the time so it was getting boring
    I've tried to like him, but just never been able to...he comes across as someone who is just so full of himself. Whats even worse is the idiots who call/write in and act like they are bigger celebrities than him ! The whole show is just a joke.
