Next, where do I begin? I hope this is a joke, but if not you are extremely ignorant. Martin Luther King Jr. was an extremely influential man who fought for black rights during the period of segregation. He did not make everything better in his own lifetime, but I can honestly say that I believe if it were not for Mr. King, blacks and whites would still be segregated, and there would be many more problems related to ignorance in the world. He is famous for his speech, "I Have a Dream." He is a common household name, and I have never met someone who has not heard of him. It would be impossible for me to say everything I need to here, so here are some links.
