Question: ... that Heidi Montag was a lot less done up when she was with Jordan, her boyfriend from season one? Her hair was a lot more natural, she didn't wear as much make up and she sure as heck didn't have fake boobs/nose/lips.
Do you think it was just coincidence, or was it Spencer's influence that made her want to change her appearance?

I am not sure. It is either Spencer or the fact that Heidi wants to be famous. She looks ok in magazine pictures but she looks weird on the show.
She was so pretty. Now she has that weird plastic surgery look like the older women (Terri Hatcher, etc.)

that is something to consider. i dont think spencer is such a bad guy, but he has certainly caused her to make a lot of big mistakes. he pretty much made her chose her best friend, or him. but i am not sure he was the reason for her fakeness! i think it was because of the media she was getting!

Definately Heidi needs to kick this guy to curb hes ridiculous and a terrible influence. A boyfriend is suppose to increase your confidance not make someone seek plastic surgery. He came into her life knowing he could take advantage of everything around her. Jordan was the better person but on his part when you break up with a girl its still his place to pick her back up, give advice, and not let others hurt her again.
