1. the clothes she wears aren't things she would wear in real life
2. her make-up is different as to the make up she uses in her everyday life
3. she was actually younger when she was filming the movie

she is not wearing as much make up. this give her a blemish to her skin which in return make her look naturally like a younger person in adolesent years
im watching that movie right now on tv lol.
she is younger in the movie because she actually is younger, she is wearing makeup, she is tons skinnier, probably anorexic or something, and her hair covers half her face so she looks younger..
to be honest, its mostly makeup, lighting, creams, and the hair can make the person feel young. Also that film was made in 2005 so anything can change/develop in those three years.
