rumors that she was dating Jason Dolley

No, I don't think it's true. I think Joe was just holding on to her to help her into the elevator. Joe's really sweet like that (as are Kevin and Nick).
Anyway, isn't Chelsea like half a year older than him? Not that that makes any difference. But if they are dating, that's their business, and we should be happy for them.
As far as I know, though, all of the JB are single. But only they (and the people closest to them, like their family and band and best friends) really know.
Chelsea also stated in an interview that she was most attracted to Kevin Jonas, so why would she date Joe? I hope they are all still single!!
