I've always wondered, how does ordinary people meet stars?!
Question: me and my friend met quite a few. We got connections. At clubs and events. TRy to get vip. ANd backstage past. Also we live in california. So we go to hollywood. And get on the vip list. It helps when you know someone who know someone. Also makes friend with all the cars modles. I met paul walker and jessica alba and many nfl player through them.

i guess they know people who helps them meet stars,or accidentally by going to the places where celebrities are...i don't know...sorry!!!
If they have the "connections" or if their really wealthy and they can afford $300 VIP packets that have Meet and Greets in them... some people just go up to them on the streets if they see them walking
You can meet them by accident, see them on the street, like in Hollywood or LA, or at the mall, or at an amusement park. You can also have connections with people who personally know the celebrities. You can also pay them to perform or show up at an event you're throwing, like a sweet sixteen or a wedding. If you're at their performance or gig, you can wait after the show, and if security isn't too tight, you can follow them backstage and beg them to take a picture with you. I've done it once :)

It'd probably be easier for ordinary people to meet stars if they lived in Los Angeles, mainly the Hollywood area. OR it could just be pure luck OR connections OR some stalking..
Honestly, I think it's more from connections and living in an area where there would be run-ins with celebrities (Los Angeles, New York City, etc)
