Well I'm a girl in my teenage years and I guess quite a few people like the compliments, but personally, I find it more flattering to get compliments on my personality or humour.
I think girls like you mentioned just love the attention because most of them are arrogant and vain

It's really rude if its by some guy I barely know. But if its my boyfriend and he says it nicely and as a respectful compliment then its a good thing.
Basicly depends on who and how someone says it
it usually depends on the kind of girl you're talking to. but personaly i find it as a turn off. i love it when a guy says something like youre beautiful or youre stunning. it means so much more to girls.
some love the attention but i think they would prefer things like "you're eyes are such a beautiful color" but not delivered in a creepy way.....you know things sweet compliments like that
no i find that sick, i would kick that guy slap his head and punch his sorry lil sick minded face, except if it was nick jonas i wouldn't mind if he said that to me :) probably mature 18 year olds and up would like that if a guy said that

I also agree with Kelsie M. It is really annoying when guys look at you only cuz you have a chest or cuz they like the way you look. I would rather be looked at for what is in my head not on it!
