Umm... Have you seen the show before??!! WTF She sings on the show with no music in the background and it is definitly her!! NO DOUBT!!! And it is so much money because she is so popular and everyone wants to go and see her!!! DUH!
I think it is outta control, but it happens all the time, if it weren't Hannah, it would be someone else. At tleast she seems too be a positive role model.

but i sure as hell do agree that it's insane how so many parent are spending so much money on tickets and merchandise. everywhere i look i see something that is Hannah Montana. it is a bit overwhelming but she can't help who she is. she's just popular with the kiddies and what the kiddies want, the parents will buy.

She does lip sync, but who doesn't? and all concert tickets are expensive, I don't like Miley Cyrus, but all celebrities are like that. It's just entertainment. If you don't want to spend 100 bucks for a ticket, then don't. But don't say no one can.

I agree 100% with you, its a waste of money especially when this country is 9 trillion dollars in debt. And she is only famous because of Daddy, I'm sure there were other actresses more talented and deserving of the job than her.
I think Jules is right. Calling her a monkey is a bit harsh. She wouldn't be famous if it wasn't for her father, but at least she's not out getting wasted and pregnant and what have you. She's a much better role model than some people I could mention. Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton, for example.
But yes, it's pretty amazing how parents will spend their money on that kind of thing so much. When I was a 'tween', sure, my parents spent money on me, but it was on useful stuff, thing's that would last for years.
These kids are going to grow up, and look back on their life thinking 'Why the hell did I listen to that crap?!'

Let's be fair now to her fans on here. She's not a monkey, she is a puppet and the Disney Channel is pulling the strings. I would have to agree with you that parents are wasting their money on her. I find the fact that a couple of her little fans on here say that everyone lip sings to be hysterical. Real singers and artist NEVER lip sing. If anyone wants to try to dispute this with me, I'd be more than happy to give them a list as long as my arm of singers that NEVER lip sing. Also MOST concerts are not expensive. I've gone to over 300+ concerts and I have NEVER paid over $80 a ticket. The one time that I paid $80 a ticket was to see the Rolling Stones who have been around for decades, so they actually have the right to demand that much money unlike Hannah Montana who will be over with in about 2 years. It just goes to show you that anyone can be famous these days. I honestly can't figure out how she became so famous just because her daddy is a one hit wonder.
No I don't, she does lip synch BUT WHO DOESN'T? and she is the best..... If you don't like her, you don't spend money and go to see her, nobody's begging you to!!!!!!!!...........
