Question: I worked as a grip on a big blockbuster movie recently, and the lead actor was coming out of his trailer, only to have a paparazzi hiding in a garbage dumpster start taking pictures of him, throwing off his concentration and understandably annoying him. I had to set up a flag to block the view of his trailer from the dumpster. Can you believe how ridiculous?
Seriously. Look at Britney Spears. At first, I thought she was just another spoiled celebrity with more money than brains. Then, I see a thing where she's being chased by fourteen dozen guys snapping cameras and jabbing boom mics at her, and what's the story that comes out? "Britney Spears Is Paranoid." Big surprise there; how is she supposed to trust that all those guys are pointing at her is cameras, with all the crazies out there?
I think the paparazzi, (who Lisa Marie Presley calls cockroaches,) are lower than politicians and used car dealers, and I won't buy any of their trashy magazines.

Someone should start finding out the names and addresses of the paps and then make a little news letter and blog about what they did and who they stalked all day and take pictures of them when they aren't working and when they're with their kids and when a member of their family dies pay off the hospital to get disclosures on their medical files... I would read it. That would be JUICY gossip
People can be famous without having ever sneeze photographed and every secret published. It's called meet and greets, movie premieres, and interviews. Professional.
i hate them too.
i completly agree and i think it is absolutely repuslive how they treat "ordinary" people. It's funny that they think they can abuse and mistreat ordinary people because being a sanctioned stalker, i guess, makes them feel like they're better than everyone else(even at times the celebrities they are stalking). those video of them verbally abusing ordinary citizens and heckling celebrities are proof. sometimes, i want to be famous because i want them to try to stalk me, just so i could hurl scalding hot coffee at them. they are scum of the earth and should be treated accordingly.

I think the paparazzi are stupid! They are seriously the ones making Brittney Spears go insane..... i even heard that now that she is cleaning up and everything that the paparazzi are going down hill and are suffering! Its ridiculous
Well it's part of the job esp when u work in the showbiz industry. If it's the place u wanna work, then u better be prepared with all the consequences. Don't complain. Just take it and suck it in, no matter how sux that is.
If u think about it, these celebs have EVERYTHING. Money, wealth, fame, glamour, free stuff... u name it. But like everybody knows: all things come with a price. Do u expect to be able to live large and wealthy without any obstacles at all? Think again! The bigger your life is, the bigger the obstacle you may face. It's the basic rule people should understand... and ACCEPT!
I can't stand them either. What I really don't get is how people like that can even justify what their doing. Do they have hearts at all. Cheaper than spit is all I can say.

Without journalists you would not even have celebrities or filmstars, think on that!
Celebrities have to know that when they chose this life style an money, that's the way it it is, publicity.
