Of course! Thats her whole sound.. Totally over processed and etherial. Many times in an Enya song she has record 3 seperate vocals that are layerd right on top of eachother to give it a more dynamic and etherial sound.

I wouldn't say they "enhance" her voice, but they certainly echoe it to obtain that echoed sound effect. It is more spiritual echoed.
