What made system of a down go on haitus in the first place?!
Question: system of a down my upmost favorite band is on haitus but why,... this is the most devastating thing ever for me.... it would be almost embarassing to listen to a band that splits up forever, kinda like Peter Cetera and Chicago they were never the same whern he left......soooooooo off topic a lil there lol but really what was the reason behind their haitus?

They just wanted a break and Serj wanted to produce his own album. Daron said they'd been working on System of a Down so long and it was a relief to take this supposed 'ten year hiatus'. They are getting back together at a show in North America soon, though.
