Hi,
I really love stardoll. From experience you can not make a stardoll, you can dress up ones that they already have. RC ones is the actual stars made them. They had the rights to do this. If you are a stardoll member (payed) you get a little more advantages but you can not create a doll. You can put makeup on them, dress them up how you wish in clothing that is like you can buy in a shop. Good luck. I hoped this helped.
