b/c since they have fame and fortune they think they can do anything they want 2 and it wont matter. also, b/c since they have and can get everything they want 2, they think they can do anything they want 2. but, there a sum, rarely any, but sum actors/actresses that dont do stupid things.
because they can afford to.
the fame goes to their head and they get out of control cause they dont have responsble people helping them in life.
Thats mostly for younger people.
And sometimes for attention.
I personally think it's because of the society's pressure on them. Besides, it's not only actors and actresses. it's everyone else in the world. actors and actresses are NORMAL PEOPLE, and they do NORMAL THINGS like everyone else does. People everyday are in Britney's and Jamie's situation- it's just unfortunate for them that they're famous and they get bashed on just because they do stupid things.
because they think they are "above the law". sometimes its for publicity.
because money makes you lose your damn mind
b/c they want attn. from the press.
They have the money so they spend it.

When you become a star, the paparazzi and all the fortune can drive people to do some pretty crazy things. I like that you used Brittney Spears and her sister as examples. They just don' t know what to do with themselves. I mean, Brittney has just lost her mind thanks to the paparazzi and Jamie Lynn is following right after her..She thinks having a baby at such a young age is cute and going to be easy just because she is rich, but nope! She still gone go through all the hardships of motherhood just like and normal young teen mother..she just threw the rest of her childhood away..
because for the publicity that's what i think or their just stupid
