hmmm well i cant say theres a best because no one is perfect and every rap artist has a big hit at sometime so i like lil wayne but Im not really into his song IM me

Young Buck hands down. He had a successful career and even has a very good single album called Buck The World. his career will be slowed due 2 probation 4 attempted murder.

Lil Wayne is ONE of the best rapper's alive but NOT the best. He is a good lyricist, especially on his mixtapes. But Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, Common, Kanye West, Talib Kweli are also some of the best rappers as well. At this day in age there isnt a "best rapper alive" but there are a good amount of rappers out there.
Probably the best rapper alive will never been on TV and isn't famous.
