I would say Ashley Tisdale because she didn't post naked pics of herself on the computer (I understand it was private and Vannessa only meant for Zac to see it, but still...I thought she wouldn't do something like that!) But, as far as acting and singing wise, they are BOTH EQUAL!
So do I. She got plsatic surgery and she carries around her pooch inj a louis vuitton bag carrier and all of that. but, we all know vanessa took nude pics of herself so they both have a side to not like and a side to absolutely love.
