No they are not satanic they have said that a million of times, they are not religious at all, yeah H.I.M "use" to stand for his infernal majesty but they said that it doesn't anymore and the reasons are 1. they have changed it's meaning many times in interviews, 2. they were being called satanic, so they just left it as HIM. And their song "Join me" was base on Romeo and Juliet.

Hope I helped

well HIM stands for His Infernal Majesty, but they're not really satanic. Kind of a publicity thing

I have never thought of them that way, isn't someone in that band related to the skateboarder Bam Margera?

No..with the song "join me in death" ville valo said he got the inspiration fom the song "don't fear the reaper" by blue oyster cult. HIM is an awesome band <3

nah they just like to give they impression that they are satan worshippers.

That's an insult to Satanism. They're far from Satanic.
Even black metal bands who are supposed to be satanic really aren't. It's merely show business.

From the view of most Satanists, all music is Satanic except music that was created with no talent or creativity.

The best way to answer your own question would be to do some research on what Satanism is really about. You'll soon discover that it's not what you think. Therefore your idea of what constitutes Satanic music will change.
