Miley or Raven, Who is better?!
Question: I don't think you can really compare the two.
Miley is pretty for the younger kids. She has a nice voice, but it's somewhat fake. She is a good actress for tv shows, I doubt she'd be good in movies.
Raven is really pretty but I think she leans more towards the older teens. She has a nice voice but I think she has a more mature sound. Now she's doing movies, so she's basically "upgrading" herself.

I used to watch raven a couple of times and i just always hated miley or whats her face.
Its not that i care really much about raven , but she used to come out in hangin with MR. COOPER. She was so cool and cute.
She got a little chubby though .

Oh my Life! I'm so suprised everyone is saying Raven.. I agree though 100% (however I have heard she is insanely racist) but uhm.. i thought more people would say hannah/miley because shes like the hot new thing.

raven is much more talented, but miley clearly has more potential. In my opinion, both dont deserve the milions they make but hey, thats life.

RAVEN! For several reasons, some of which are
1: she's got a real body. She looks healthy, where as Miley looks like she should be in the hospital.
2: She never dressed like a slut
3: She is a good role model. Miley dresses like a slut, takes very suggestive photos then puts them online, and doesn't wear a seat belt. Just to name a few.
To be honest, i don't like either of them.I'm not jealous or anything, I just think they are talentless stuck-up and vain.Sorry but hey, that's just my opinion.
