Because he forgot where he came from. Now, you can't even call him The Rock. He is Dwayne Johnson! First of all, that is the nerdiest name ever! (Sorry to any Dwayne's out there!)
Now, he thinks he is some big Hollywood star. Give me a break!! Let's see where he is in five years. I'm sure he will still be making movies, but they will be straight to DVD, and targeted to the Disney audience!

Well he is worth a couple hundred Million. If that means he's a loser, can I be one too. And in his defense he is in his late thirty's maybe he was sick of the drama that comes with being in the limelight all the time. DON'T JUDGE UNTIL YOU'VE WALKED A DAY IN HIS SHOES.
