Question: By crisis, I mean "shirt shortage"?
I rarely see pictures of him with his chest covered.
Mind you, I am most certainly not complaining...but I *am* curious:
Does he spend all of his money on weed and can't afford a decent shirt? (Or ANY shirt for that matter)
Is he allergic to fabrics, but only breaks out in the torso area?
Is he trying to get a bit part on "COPS"?
