No, I think her family is too close knit to allow that to happy. Daddy Billy Ray would bust her @$$ for acting out or making a fool of herself and if she became mentally unhinged he would support her daily effort to get well in a treatment center. I think Miley will be just fine. Barbara Walters interviewed her and she mentioned that strong family is something she felt she had as opposed to some other Disney Celebs in the negative spotlight.
