they have not come out and publicly made a statement, nor have their publicists, but according to both us weekly and life & style magazine, they are. The "couple" have been seen at several restaraunts, clubs and venues getting cozy and making out. And they both have nothing but kind words for eachother. I've been following the story a bit myself since I subscribe to those mags.

Yes, they are. Chris recently accompanied Rihanna to Barbados where she was awarded as their cultural ambassador, and yesterday, E! News released pictures of them being all lovey dovey in a swimming pool. Looks pretty accurate to me.
