If I had the money to buy it I would sell it back to him for less because that was his "childhood" home. Where he was free to roam and be childlike since he didn't have a childhood to do so....regardless of the rumors and accusations about what when on there. I am not God so I don't know if any of it did or did not happen. So yes I would give it back to him.
It would be too creepy to live there. have you ever been to a carnival after close? CREEPY! Plus all the anmials are gone!

I'd buy it and turn it into a public museum/park, and keep the on premises theatre open and rides operable. I'd invite Michael to perform concerts there and let him buy it back using the money earned.
