...I could go on and on...The truth is ALL of his gospel recordings are great, it was some of his best work. The only Grammy Awards that he won throughout his entire career were for his gospel songs.
There's a 3-Disc Collection called "Peace In The Valley: The Complete Gospel Recordings" which, in addition to the original master recordings, also includes some outtakes and also an informal jam session with the likes of Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, and Jerry Lee Lewis.
