YES they are keeping Heath's scenes already filmed (which is said to be more than half of the movie). Director Terry Gilliam has decided Johny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrel will continue with where Heath was upto.
In "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus' Heath character falls through some kind of magic mirror/vale so it is entirely possible for his appearance to change form and seeing as he falls through 3 time in the duration they thought is was better to have 3 different actors to complete the unfinished portion of the movie.

So, you think that you'll see Heath play the character, and then like a quarter or half the way through the movie, the actor will change for the character?!

i dunno they should totally keep heath in the parts that he finished he deserves it
they will probably just rewrite it, to where he has no part or like in other shows when an actor dies just write in where the person dies then add in new people.
If they wheel out his decomposing corpse and use bits of string to make it lip-sync the lines, it won't be any less believeable.
Hell, it might even be better.
