Why do people even care about what the Celebrities wear at the Oscars as if that!
Question: I mean honestly who even cares? There is chaos going on in our world today & somehow to some people what the stars are wearing is more important? Some people have serious bad priorities these days.

It's typical American worship of stuff rather than God. We don't go to church anymore we go to the church of Money, Youth, and Beauty.
That's why we care so much. Our priorities are skewed.

Well, honestly, over a billion people care (if what they were saying on the red carpet last night is true). Did you watch? If you watch any television show (other than the news channels) and go to the movies, you are not any different than any of the other people with 'serious bad priorities'. Some of us might do those things to escape from the realities of the 'chaos going on in our world'.
Why do you care enough to ask? It's obvious that after the Oscars that people are going to come to Yahoo!Answers (specially the celebrity section) and pose questions about it, if you don't like it just skip over those questions. Don't make new topics to show your annoyance, we get it, you think people are vain and should stop caring about small things and only be focused on the big ones, unfortunately you can't even take your own advice.
Why are you so worried about what other people are talking about instead of finding your own place to talk about much BIGGER and more -important- things.
LOL When I used to watch them, some of
those dresses were so bad that I didn't get
how they could be out in public with them.
That is one of the reasons I quit watching and
also yes, there are more important things
going on in the world.
Sometimes in life you just have to let the big things not get to you. I think today's level of stress leads to peopl focussing on just about anything other than major issues, including celebrity clothing.
