They live in a bubble and the bubble is kind of small. They go for what is familiar. They don't hang out with normal people, only people in the business.
Because they know that they're easy. You see the relationships they attempt to have never last long. But the media [gossip, magazines, etc.], being famous and constantly working and being away from each other ruins most celebrities's relationships anyway.
Hollywood people have no morals or respect for themselves whatsoever that's why.

I think there are a lot of celebrities who only want to date other celebrities, despite how many people they have been with. They don't think it's weird or disgusting because they have done the same thing. It also helps boost their careers if people know who they are currently dating, they get more publicity out of it.
