loyal I would say tom hanks because he is one of the greatest actors and you never hear anything bad about that man in the press. He has done great war films and many many movies!!

betraying I would have to say britney spears because of her drug and emotional problems she has betrayed her children the care and guidance and safety that a mother should give her kids. She has been toying with their emotions by being there one minute and not the next.
You could also use brad pitt for betrayal for leaving jennifer aniston for his life with angelina jolie and all those kids.
