I dont have their numbers but I can tell you a good spot to find them. Call you're local police station and tell them that you wish to obtain the home address and any other information they have on said celebrity under the freedom of information act. Tell them that you wish to begin a career in becoming a Papparazzi too, that should speed up the process.
