I've heard different things about that song, one of them is that Michael wrote it about a girl that lived in his neighbor hood growing up although I tried looking it up once and couldn't find any facts to prove that theory. The other theory is that it is autobiographical, meaning that Michael is Little Suzie. I'm not sure what the real story is behind that song, but it is a really good/creepy song.
