Music that changed your life?!
Question: or saved it? i'm talking "jumper" by third eye blind kind of situation. that stuff's incredible. i find their music healing.
along with the band "the rocket summer"
has anybody else had this kind of situation with a particular musician?

hmm...
well..Green Day actually helped me through my mom's fight with breast cancer.
it helped take the pain away. I didn't (and still don't) like talking about it but their music just made me feel happy..for awhile. but even a little bit was great.
And idk. through that period, i kinda wanted to hurt myself physically in someway because i was so terrified and extremely sad. I never told anybody that until now.
When i listened to their music, it made me calm down and realize what was happening was just life.
Life has it's own course.
oh and if you are wondering...my mom is fine now?

50's rock & roll, little richard, jerry lee lewis, Presley,,,etc...before them we were listening to the Hit parade and they had the blandest music that ever existed...
Country singer Eric Church's cd Sinners Like Me did it for me. I put it into my car cd player right after I bought it, and it didn't stop playing until about 4 months later. His songs calm me if I'm in a bad mood, or if I'm in a good mood I crank up the volume and have a good time.
