Who Was The Ultimate 80s Babe...?!
Question: Who was the most iconic woman of the 80s in terms of fashion and culture?
Answers: Who was the most iconic woman of the 80s in terms of fashion and culture?
Hmm...Id have to agree and say that Madonna is a pretty decent answer, although shes still around today. Im not really a fan of her, and the transparent way she re-invents herself every few years (or becomes a devout follower of whatever trendy religion) just to prove that she's still 'with it'.
I grew up in the 80s, so here are a few of mine!
KATE BUSH- so beautiful, so talented, her songs and style were so unique, and I loved the fact she was as mad as a box of frogs!
PRiNCESS DIANA- her style was imitated worldwide, she was probably THE best dressed woman of the decade.
MICHEAL JACKSON- Ive just been reliably informed he wasn't a woman. All my childhood memories....ruined!!
Good question though!!
Madonna was the most successful
I suppose it would have been Madonna, although it pains me to say it.
me
It was ME!!!!!! 90',s got kinda rough though but in the 80's I made pam Anderson look like dog meat!
Cindy Laufer, Brooke Shields, Carol Alt, Madonna, Paula Abdul
Debbie Harry of Blondie. I wanted to be her.
Clearly Cheetara. No contest.
Sam Fox
Intelligent - creative - kind - musical
Every young bloke had some pic of her on their bedroom wall.
oh... how could i forget......
Great Baps!!!!!
No contest, Madonna.
I would have to go with Madonna...but personally for me it was Stevie Nicks...
I may be just outside of the ranking,(late 70's ,early 80')but for me Agnetha Faltskog from ABBA is surely an icon of beauty..
Madonna. :-)
Princess Diana
Kim Wilde for me
No contest. Susanna Hoffs, or any of the bangles, for that matter. I mean, they STOOD for the eighties. Come to think of it, they are almost fifty now and they are STILL sooooooo hot and talented!!
Twiggy?
