hmmmmm. i think only on the set of hannah montana.they both are unbelievebly busy.they're restless.miley with her 3-d movie and emily with all her reporter thingy meetings or whatever well actually i was watching the view and saw her on there. so she must be running around place to place.it's so obvious that emily and miley get to see eachother and stuff.

Yes .. they are, but they aren't best friends .. like Miley put "my best friend Leslie said she jsut being Miley" in her one song ... see you again ... and thats one of her good friends from Tenn.
