most of the people on here do not have the phone numbers of celebrities. it is their personal privacy. they would keep it a secret if they didn't want fans talking to them. sure, they probably don't mind talking to fans but that is why they should use a fan number and not their personal one. think about it: if you were a celebrity, would you want thousands of fans having your cell number? i would have a fan number personally, but again, most of us don't have the numbers.

Seriously now, why on Earth would you give out your phone number if you were a celebrity? That's just asking for trouble. Crazy fans calling at all hours of the night (from different time zones). Then you'd get the stalker types too. It's just stupid to think that a celebrity would actually pass around their phone number. And people try to get others to wake up and realize that by giving a random number, which some people then believe is real and try to call.

People gives you fake numbers cause theyre being sarcastic in a way to let u know that celebrities have private numbers and they dont post their phone numbers publicly. They are private for a reason. Celebs dont want obsessed fans, stalkers and crazies out there calling them all times of the day and night. They have a right to their privacy like other people does.
