I got the Jonas Brothers to come to my party last year. But I don't know about huge celebritys like Orlando or hayden probably 100,000 but for JB it cost my parents $35,000.

It all depends on the celebrity. Big ones like Orlando Bloom and Kelly Clarkson would cost millions, but someone less well known could cost a few thousand.
Edit: It would be hard for any celebrity because most of them have lives and won't skip working on their own stuff for someone's party unless you're friends with them or something.
Many thousands to millions depending on who. And probably for only ten minutes.
