Question: Why does Pee Wee Herman act like he does? (I can't even explain it..) Does he have a mental problem (a real mental problem)? I just saw an old clip of him from the Letterman show and he was acting like a 5 years old, like nothing was wrong! Is this apart of his character, or is he mentally impaired?

That's his character. He is in the movie "Blow" as a normal human character. That is just his character, like Borat or Ali G is to that other guy.
