realize that they are just people. They are usually nothing like their characters, actually they are normally very strange. Get hobbies that about you or your skills.

But it's good for me cause like I wanna work for a magazine so I have to be into them!
after you meet a ton of them you see that they are just people and nothing more! most of them are really down to earth!
